John Legend develop his own sitcom for NBC
Multitasking multi-talented musician John Legend is expanding his artistic range and adding some new credits to his already impressive CV. The singer is working on a new comedy for NBC called "Mixed Blessings".
Many musicians - LL Cool J and Reba, to name a few - have continued to enjoy the incredible success on the small screen so there is no reason why John Legend can not replicate this model, whether it is behind the camera or in front of her!
Perez Hilton reports that the show will be structured around a prominent hip-hop star who is enjoying being a singleton then celebrated by taking advantage of the benefits that come along with fame. However, he discovers he has a long-lost son adolescence, with whom he attempts to reconnect. His son lives with a suburban white family and that's where the fun begins.
The show could be on air in 2012, but production dates and such are still to be confirmed. It is also not clear whether the legend will feature in the show in any capacity, either. From the looks of him, he may just be behind the scenes, the stages of development.

Justin Bieber recruits Boyz II Men For Christmas Album
