The tell-it-like-it-is reality star and entrepreneur built a booming brand portfolio consisting of cocktails, books and shapewear, and now she's making her foray into the beauty industry this fall with a skin care and body line, WWD reports.

Frankel has partnered with beauty firm Lotta Luv to offer the masses products that yield honest results.

"[Promises like] 'you're going to look like Heidi Klum in two days' or 'like you had a face-lift' have always bothered me," she told WWD.

The Skinnygirl Face & Body Solutions line will be comprised of four categories -- lip treatments, face solutions, body solutions and gift sets -- and include beauty fix-it staples like a Shimmer Plumping Lip Gloss, Detox Face Mask and Gradual Tanning Body Shimmer. There's also a Skinnygirl Mommy collection with a Cooling Foot Spray, of course.

And you can rest assure that everything has "The Real Housewife's" stamp of approval. "I'm obsessed. I use everything, I named every single product. I created the packaging and the logo," Frankel explained to WWD.

When your mom is Madonna, you're sure to not only inherit good looks but great beauty tricks. And 14-year-old Lourdes "Lola" Leon is quite the makeup maven.

With her raven strands pulled back into a playful ponytail, thick brows perfectly arched, lips dressed in bold red and fingernails painted in a shimmering shade, Lourdes strolled into the Material Girl Beauty launch event and had this beauty editor reconsidering her makeup application routine.

Yet, it all seem to come natural as she revealed that working alongside her mother on the new beauty line, she wanted to get it right down to the body mist notes.

"There were like 100 million samples and some made me want to vomit, but the ones my mom and I thought were the best, I think are nice and women would wear," Lourdes told StyleList. "I'm wearing the Viva Vanilla Lotion and Body Spray...it smells really yummy."

The tween collection embodies that youthful spirit with candy-scented products poured into brightly colored bottles emblazoned with floral print and lace reminiscent of the fingerless gloves Madonna wore in the '80s.

The nail polishes weren't anything like the tacky, watery lacquers I played with as a child -- these went on smoother, thicker and brighter. Lourdes flashed a shiny metallic color named Labryinth that she advised comes out like silver with a second coat. Guilty Conscience, a muddy greige, is another one she "really likes."

While fall's new Smoky & Sexy Eye Palette (smoldering purple, gray and black shadows) is a favorite, Lourdes decided to switch things up and opt for the Soft & Pretty (eye-opening shades of gold, tan and pink) this summer.

"I put the Sandstorm in the crease of my eye, Pink in the middle and Golden Shimmer underneath my eyebrow," she said.

Clearly she's mastered eye makeup, but we had to know the secret behind her saucy pout.

"It's MAC...Russian Red," Lourdes told StyleList.

And you'd be surprised to learn the women (besides her mom), she looks to for beauty inspiration.

"I always thinks Christina Hendricks looks very well made up. Mila Kunis, too," she said. "Kim Kardashian wears an insane amount of makeup but I think she looks great."

Buns, buns, buns, blah, blah, blah. Is that how you feel? I get it. But what if I told you Claire Danes might have fixed your bun boredom? Oh, give it a chance—it's a really cute hairstyle!

It's actually not really a bun at all. I think it's really really a high ponytail that's been "puffed up" in a sense--the ends were gathered and then pushed up toward the base of the pony to create a "puff" of hair on the top there that makes it look like it might be a bun from the front. Then those ends were twisted just once before they were pinned down.
Your hair can't be super-long for a look like this—mine, for instance, would have to continue down the length of my head after the twist. But if yours is on the medium-to-shorter side, it's a really cute idea to try, don't you think?

I have to say, I was a bit dumbfounded by the Top Chef finale last night. First, there was the shock of finding out who took home the season 5 title (I won't spoil it for you, but it's safe to say that if I were Colicchio, I would have 1) worn a different shirt and 2) voted differently). Plus, I continue to be shocked by Padma's uncanny ability to look stunning even while eating three 3-course meals! (Not sure about you, but being caught mid-bite is not exactly my sexiest moment.) Allow it to develop according to the directions, then wipe off with a damp paper towel. If you're happy with the results, it's safe to do a full head application.

4.

Go red. Mix up the rest of the dye accordingly. Wear an old button down shirt and plastic gloves to protect your skin. Start applying the dye along your hairline and root areas, then work it through the rest of your hair using your fingers. When you're sure your strands are coated, pile your hair on top of your head and allow the color to develop according to the package directions.

5.

Rinse all the dye form your hair with lukewarm water. Skip the shampoo and apply the included after color conditioner. Rinse and style as usual.
